Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate new technologies and methodologies into production processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Prepare detailed reports on production metrics, challenges, and recommendations for senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or technical engineering, preferably in the wood or furniture industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing environments.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
