Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in all production processes.
- Optimize workflows, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and develop team membersā skills.
- Troubleshoot production issues, implement corrective actions, and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, quality control) to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in manufacturing supervision or management, preferably in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control (QC), and lean/six sigma methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and production management software.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) protocols, and industry best practices.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
