Responsibility
- Operate and maintain laser engraving machines to produce high-precision designs on various materials (wood, acrylic, metal, etc.).
- Interpret and execute design specifications from digital files or manual sketches with accuracy.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company and client standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with laser equipment and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Optimize machine settings (speed, power, focus) for different materials to achieve the best engraving results.
- Collaborate with the design team to refine prototypes and finalize production-ready files.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies, ensuring timely restocking to avoid production delays.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1+ years) in laser engraving, CNC operation, or a related production role.
- Basic technical skills in operating laser engraving software (e.g., LightBurn, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with fine, intricate designs.
- Knowledge of different materials (wood, acrylic, leather, metals) and their engraving requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or digital design files.
- Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment or production issues.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision work.
- Willingness to work in a full-time, on-site capacity in Badung, Bali.
