Responsibility
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment for semiconductor assembly and testing.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency.
- Document and report test results and manufacturing data accurately.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in the training of new team members on laboratory procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Qualifications
- Middle school certificate or higher; technical certificate is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in semiconductor assembly and testing.
- Strong understanding of laboratory equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
