Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders while balancing resource allocation and capacity constraints.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess, using ERP systems and demand forecasting tools.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align material availability with manufacturing timelines.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas for process improvement.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve workflows, and enhance overall productivity.
- Prepare and present reports on planning metrics, delivery performance, and inventory turnover to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure order fulfillment meets client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing planning and supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing planning, production control, or inventory management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
