Responsibility

  • Manage and process daily sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
  • Optimize stock allocation to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory and shortages.
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring on-time fulfillment and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Develop and implement load-building strategies to maximize capacity utilization and reduce transportation costs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to align logistics operations with business objectives.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all logistics activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or load building, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
