Responsibility
- Manage and process daily sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Optimize stock allocation to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory and shortages.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring on-time fulfillment and adherence to customer requirements.
- Develop and implement load-building strategies to maximize capacity utilization and reduce transportation costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, and sales teams to align logistics operations with business objectives.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve service levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all logistics activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, or load building, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of lean logistics principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
