Responsibility
- Develop and maintain material requirement plans (MRP) to align with production schedules and demand forecasts.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of packaging materials, minimizing shortages or excess inventory.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement just-in-time (JIT) strategies to optimize storage costs and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on material usage, lead times, and supplier performance to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements for material handling and storage.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing best practices in planning and coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing planning, production control, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
