Responsibility
- Lead and manage global escalations related to planning and operations, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Operations teams to align strategies and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement best practices for escalation management, risk mitigation, and process optimization.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a key liaison between senior leadership and operational teams to communicate critical updates and strategic initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance planning accuracy, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with global operational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and train team members to foster a culture of operational excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in global operations, supply chain management, or escalation management.
- Proven track record of resolving complex operational issues in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexibly across different time zones and travel as needed.
