Responsibility
- Lead and optimize daily manufacturing operations to ensure on-time production and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
- Oversee workforce planning, including staffing, training, and performance management for production teams.
- Collaborate with procurement, design, and logistics teams to streamline supply chain processes and material flow.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, defect rates, and cycle times to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies in all manufacturing activities.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, equipment issues, and production delays in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in furniture, woodworking, or related industries.
- Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing software for process optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
