Responsibility
- Support and maintain assembly manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Lead equipment reliability initiatives, including preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including equipment setup, qualification, and process validation.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to troubleshoot equipment-related issues and implement solutions.
- Develop and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for equipment efficiency and propose data-driven improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on equipment handling and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing equipment support, preferably in semiconductor or electronics assembly.
- Hands-on experience with assembly equipment, automation, or robotics in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.
