Responsibility
- Provide direct technical support to the Sustaining Engineer, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Document technical procedures, maintenance logs, and engineering reports for compliance and reference.
- Assist in the installation, testing, and validation of new manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
- Support the training of production staff on new processes and equipment operation.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all manufacturing activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in using engineering tools, diagnostic software, and maintenance systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
