  • Perform real-time troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment and integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to implement process improvements and engineering changes.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure precision and compliance.
  • Document technical procedures, production logs, and incident reports with high attention to detail.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, cleanroom standards, and quality management systems.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new manufacturing tools and experimental runs.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a semiconductor or high-precision manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in wafer-level packaging technologies and cleanroom operating procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to function effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to commit to the designated night shift schedule (4:00 PM – 1:30 AM).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
