Responsibility
- Monitor and optimize wafer-level packaging processes to maximize yield and efficiency during night shift operations.
- Perform real-time troubleshooting of automated manufacturing equipment and integrated systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to implement process improvements and engineering changes.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment to ensure precision and compliance.
- Document technical procedures, production logs, and incident reports with high attention to detail.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, cleanroom standards, and quality management systems.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new manufacturing tools and experimental runs.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a semiconductor or high-precision manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in wafer-level packaging technologies and cleanroom operating procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to function effectively with minimal supervision.
- Ability to commit to the designated night shift schedule (4:00 PM – 1:30 AM).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
- Familiarity with data analysis software and automated production tracking systems.
