Responsibility
- Resolve process-related issues in manufacturing to ensure smooth production operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in semiconductor or electronics industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, statistical analysis tools, and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for manufacturing processes.
