Responsibility
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for PCBA production to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Identify and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize product manufacturability.
- Conduct process audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company quality policies.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to drive performance improvements.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) from prototype to full-scale production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in electronics or PCBA.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
- Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or work in a hybrid setup.
