Responsibility
- Develop and optimize assembly processes to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to ensure smooth production operations.
- Support trial builds and prototype development to validate new assembly methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and quality enhancements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies for manufacturing processes.
- Train and mentor assembly team members on best practices and new procedures.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in assembly processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex manufacturing issues.
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and safety regulations.
