Responsibility
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Design and optimize equipment setups to enhance production capabilities.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to refine product designs for manufacturability.
- Conduct process simulations and feasibility studies to validate manufacturing approaches.
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve throughput and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze production data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process development and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and manufacturing technologies.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is a plus.
