As a BIM Modeller, you will play a pivotal role in creating detailed 3D models, ensuring seamless collaboration between architecture, structural, and MEP teams. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP systems using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM models and resolve clashes or design conflicts.
- Generate construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation from BIM models.
- Conduct clash detection and coordination to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
- Support quantity takeoffs and cost estimation using BIM data to optimize project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, AIA, or client-specific protocols).
- Participate in project meetings and design reviews to provide BIM-related insights and solutions.
- Train and mentor junior team members on BIM workflows and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or MEP Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling for large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of BIM execution plans (BEP), LOD (Level of Development), and clash detection.
- Experience working on mixed-use or high-rise developments is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards is advantageous.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
