Responsibility
- Conduct routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire protection systems (sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers, etc.) in compliance with local and international standards (NFPA, UL, etc.).
- Diagnose and repair faults in fire suppression systems, control panels, and emergency lighting to ensure operational readiness.
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation for clients, including compliance certificates and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to assess fire safety needs and recommend system upgrades or replacements.
- Perform emergency call-outs for critical fire system failures, ensuring rapid response and resolution.
- Train end-users and facility staff on fire safety protocols and proper system operation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and technological advancements in fire protection engineering.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Fire Protection Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in fire protection system servicing, installation, or maintenance.
- Certification in fire safety systems (e.g., NICET, CFPS, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and system manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for client interactions.
- Willingness to travel across Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.) as required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate service vehicles.
