Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end execution of engineering projects, from conceptual design to commissioning and handover.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Develop and review project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, and clients, to align project objectives with business goals.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and post-project evaluations to stakeholders.
- Drive innovation by identifying and integrating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into project workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in project engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Strong technical expertise in design, testing, and commissioning of engineering systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Familiarity with international engineering standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, ASME).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
