Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from procurement to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and leadership.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
- Provide regular reports on project status, milestones, and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project management, preferably in digital transformation or IT.
- Strong understanding of PMO frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Certification in PMP, Scrum, or similar is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid/remote setup with occasional travel.
