Responsibility
- Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end AV/ICT project execution, from planning and design coordination to installation, testing, and handover.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Budget & Timeline Control: Monitor project finances, resource allocation, and schedules to guarantee profitability and on-time delivery.
- Technical Oversight: Review system designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., AVIXA, ISO) and client requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and commissioning of AV systems (e.g., sound, video, control systems, networking) to meet performance benchmarks.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks and implement proactive solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, as-built drawings, and user manuals.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and train junior engineers and technicians to uphold technical excellence and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in AV/ICT project management or engineering, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects (e.g., hotels, convention centers, corporate offices).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AV systems (e.g., Dante, Crestron, Q-SYS, Shure, Biamp, Sony, Barco), networking (TCP/IP, fiber optics), and ICT infrastructure.
- Certifications: Preferred: AVIXA CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I; PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and client relationships under tight deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a talent for troubleshooting complex AV/ICT integration challenges.
- Communication: Fluent English (written and verbal) with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or Primavera for project planning and design.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel occasionally within Indonesia and Southeast Asia for site visits and client meetings.
