Responsibility
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to optimize production output and quality.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability and scalability of products.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Design and oversee the installation of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar role in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical information clearly.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 9001 and OSHA regulations.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
