Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment.
- Follow strict safety protocols and quality control procedures to maintain workplace safety and product standards.
- Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output logs, equipment status, and material usage.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for different production runs.
- Report any issues or deviations to the production supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining industrial machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production manuals.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.
