Responsibility
- Translate documents, emails, and other written materials from Mandarin to Indonesian/English and vice versa with high accuracy.
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, calls, and business negotiations.
- Review and edit translated content to ensure clarity, consistency, and cultural appropriateness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Assist in localizing content for marketing, legal, or technical materials as needed.
- Stay updated on industry terminology and linguistic trends to improve translation quality.
- Support ad-hoc translation requests and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
- HSK 5 or HSK 6 certification in Mandarin (required).
- Fluency in both Mandarin and Indonesian/English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in translation, interpretation, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and translation tools (e.g., CAT tools).
- Willingness to work on-site in Bali (flexible location within the specified areas).
- Prior experience in administrative or office support roles is a plus.
