Responsibility
- Provide accurate and professional interpretation between Japanese and Indonesian in business meetings, negotiations, and daily operations.
- Translate written documents, emails, and reports from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa.
- Assist in facilitating communication between Japanese expatriates and local teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support business development activities, including client visits, presentations, and contract discussions.
- Act as a cultural liaison, helping to bridge gaps in understanding between Japanese and Indonesian business practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to interpretation and translation as needed.
- Stay updated on industry terminology and trends to ensure high-quality interpretation services.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (N1 or N2 certification required).
- Excellent command of Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in interpretation or translation, preferably in a business setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with Japanese business culture and etiquette.

- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
