Responsibility
- Manage and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports.
- Coordinate communication between the sales team and clients to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
- Process orders, track shipments, and update internal systems with accurate sales data.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support to the sales department.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies by analyzing market trends and customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
