Responsibility
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the executive team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant in a corporate setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.
