Responsibility
- Translate written and verbal communications between Mandarin and Indonesian/English with high accuracy.
- Facilitate meetings, negotiations, and discussions between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams.
- Review and edit translated documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and cultural appropriateness.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
- Assist in localizing marketing materials, product descriptions, and corporate communications for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
- Provide cultural insights and recommendations to enhance cross-cultural understanding within the company.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on international projects.
- Stay updated on industry terminology and linguistic trends to improve translation quality.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficiency in Indonesian and/or English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a translator, interpreter, or in a similar role, preferably in a business or corporate setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
