As part of our dynamic team, you will assist in translating product descriptions, customer inquiries, and business documents, while also providing administrative support to our online shop operations. Responsibility
- Translate product descriptions, customer inquiries, and business documents from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
- Assist in managing online shop operations, including order processing and customer service.
- Support warehouse teams with inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams.
- Provide administrative support to the e-commerce and retail teams.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all translated materials.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to localize content for Mandarin-speaking audiences.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in translation, e-commerce, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the beauty or wellness industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic e-commerce platforms.
- Willingness to work in a contract-based role in Canggu, Bali.
