Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and age-appropriate Mandarin language lessons to preschool children (ages 2-6).
- Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to enhance language acquisition and cultural awareness.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate Mandarin language learning into broader early childhood development activities.
- Organize and participate in school events, performances, and cultural activities to promote Mandarin language and culture.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and classroom activities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education and Mandarin language teaching.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Mandarin Language, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience teaching Mandarin to young children, preferably in a preschool or early childhood setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with children.
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and teaching methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and commit to a full-time teaching position.
