Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and processing sales documents, including invoices, contracts, and reports.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and filing systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support in Mandarin and English.
- Assist in inventory management and stock level monitoring.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all documentation.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales and administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
- Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
