Responsibility
- Draft, review, and manage contractual agreements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and renewals in a centralized database.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of contracts.
- Monitor contract performance and deadlines, flagging key milestones and renewal dates.
- Assist in resolving contractual disputes or discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Prepare reports and summaries on contract statuses for management review.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive contractual information.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks related to office operations and documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or office administration.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and contract management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic legal terminology and contractual principles is a plus.
- Prior experience in a multinational company (MNC) is advantageous.
