Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
- Support payroll processing by verifying timesheets and submitting data to the payroll team.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general administrative matters.
- Organize and maintain HR filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented approach.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
