Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to resolve shipping and documentation issues.
- Translate and communicate logistics-related information between Mandarin and English-speaking stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports for management review.
- Optimize warehouse space and transportation routes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations, including import/export documentation.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to align logistics with supply chain demands.
- Handle logistics-related inquiries and provide solutions to operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or international trade.
- Strong knowledge of incoterms, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian trade regulations is a plus.
