Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office correspondence in both English and Mandarin.
- Handle documentation, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Serve as a liaison for Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, or partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
- Translate and localize office materials, emails, and official documents between Indonesian, English, and Mandarin.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in preparing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation as needed.
- Support HR processes, such as onboarding new employees or managing attendance records.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Languages, or related fields is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape or prior experience in an international company is a bonus.
