Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily administrative and technical department operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and prepare accurate reports, data entries, and financial documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Supervise a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring professional and timely responses.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Assist in basic financial tasks, including budget tracking, invoicing, and expense reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an administrative or supervisory role, preferably in a corporate setting.
