Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end project management lifecycle for packaging artwork delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, identifying bottlenecks and implementing proactive solutions to avoid delays.
- Drive packaging artwork excellence by auditing outputs and enforcing strict quality control standards.
- Coordinate between cross-functional teams including design, marketing, regulatory, and production departments.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting for global performance reviews.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize existing artwork planning workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in artwork management, project planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong proficiency in Project Management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, or specialized artwork management platforms).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex operational issues in a fast-paced environment.
