Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service in Mandarin and Cantonese via phone, email, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations professionally and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or office setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
