Responsibility

  • Lead and oversee all QSR operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive sales, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Optimize supply chain, inventory management, and cost control to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Spearhead new store openings, rebranding initiatives, and menu innovations to enhance competitiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, and company policies across all locations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in QSR or fast-food industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and team development.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost optimization.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in multi-unit management, franchise operations, or regional oversight is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with QSR technology, POS systems, and data analytics tools.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and travel as needed.
