Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion in Bali and beyond.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and R&D, to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Oversee P&L management, budgeting, and financial forecasting to optimize profitability and resource allocation.
- Build and maintain key partnerships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare providers to strengthen market presence.
- Drive product innovation and portfolio growth by collaborating with R&D and regulatory teams to meet local and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian and global pharmaceutical regulations, including licensing and quality assurance.
- Represent Miraco Nutripharm at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Implement sustainable business practices aligned with the company’s commitment to health and environmental stewardship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry, with at least 5 years in a General Manager or Director role.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses in Southeast Asia, preferably in Indonesia or emerging markets.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including negotiation, networking, and conflict resolution.
- Fluency in English (required) and Bahasa Indonesia (highly preferred).
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals in Indonesia.
- Passion for health, wellness, and innovation, with a commitment to ethical business practices.
