Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals and drive growth in the Bali region.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and local authorities to enhance business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies across all operational activities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and product diversification.
- Represent the company in industry events, negotiations, and stakeholder engagements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in manufacturing, operations, or a related industry.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing large, cross-functional teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Indonesian.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, quality standards, and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results under pressure.
- Experience working in multicultural settings and familiarity with the Bali business landscape is advantageous.
