Responsibility
- Complete rotational training across all pharmacy operations including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Assist in daily store management under supervisor guidance
- Develop and implement customer service excellence initiatives
- Analyze sales data and contribute to business growth strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory systems
- Lead small team projects and present findings to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and company policies
- Participate in leadership development workshops and training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field
- Maximum 2 years of work experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong leadership potential and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service
- Willingness to relocate within Bali during the training period
