The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) is a premier regional centre dedicated to providing holistic and multidisciplinary cancer care. We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Manager, Strategic Partnerships to join our team and play a vital role in expanding our institutional footprint both locally and internationally.

You will support the department in developing, and operationalizing high-impact partnership strategies that bridge the gap between clinical excellence and global innovation. You will be instrumental in identifying synergies with cross-border institutions, academic bodies, and industry partners to ensure NCCS remains a global leader in oncology.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic partnership frameworks aligned with NCCS’ mission and institutional goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential local and international institutional partners for clinical, research, and educational collaborations.
- Lead negotiations and manage the formalization of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and partnership agreements.
- Operationalize partnership initiatives, ensuring smooth integration across various internal departments and clinical wings.
- Monitor and report on the performance of strategic alliances, utilizing KPIs to ensure mutual value creation and long-term sustainability.
- Collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders to align partnership activities with NCCS’ overarching corporate strategy.
- Represent NCCS at global healthcare forums and networking events to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
- Manage administrative aspects of partnership governance, including compliance and risk assessment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Development, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in strategic planning, institutional partnerships, or business development, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
- Proven experience in managing cross-border collaborations and navigating complex international institutional landscapes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in project management and operationalizing complex strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore healthcare ecosystem and global oncology trends is an advantage.
