Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts in Bali.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and customer demands.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure profitable and sustainable business growth.
- Represent UTAC Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior sales role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
