Responsibility
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the healthcare sector, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market trends.
- Lead recruitment transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes across the West Region.
- Oversee talent acquisition operations, including workforce planning, sourcing strategies, and employer branding efforts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to define hiring needs, streamline processes, and improve time-to-fill metrics.
- Analyze recruitment data and market insights to optimize sourcing channels, reduce costs, and improve quality of hire.
- Mentor and lead a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive candidate experience initiatives, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey from application to onboarding.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in healthcare recruitment to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masterâs degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial or strategic role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
- Proven track record of designing and executing recruitment strategies that drive measurable results, such as reduced time-to-hire and improved quality of hire.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
- Expertise in recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of healthcare recruitment challenges, including compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with a high degree of self-motivation and adaptability.
