Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of global financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with regional finance teams to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and KPIs to track business performance.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and internal controls across all regions.
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required by the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance reporting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and financial regulations.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Experience with financial consolidation tools (e.g., Hyperion, Cognos) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing global stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
