Responsibility
- Lead the design development process, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and company objectives.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to refine designs, resolve technical challenges, and optimize project feasibility.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Manage stakeholder communications, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and post-project evaluations to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, sustainable practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in design and construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in design development and project management, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from concept to completion.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, Primavera).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction best practices in Indonesia.
- Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
