Join China Construction (South Pacific) Development Co Pte Ltd as a Senior M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Coordinator and take the lead on high-impact construction projects in Bali’s most dynamic regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and Nusa Dua. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of M&E systems, from Design for Construction Validation (DCV) to trade coordination, while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
As a key member of our project delivery team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including engineers, contractors, and clients—to drive timely, cost-effective, and technically superior M&E solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or residential developments in one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing markets.

Responsibility
- Lead and oversee M&E coordination for large-scale construction projects, ensuring alignment with DCV standards, design specifications, and local regulations.
- Manage trade contractors and subcontractors, including procurement, scheduling, and performance monitoring to ensure on-time delivery.
- Develop and implement M&E installation plans, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems, with a focus on efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify adherence to technical drawings, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to resolve M&E-related conflicts and optimize system integration.
- Prepare and review technical reports, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and as-built drawings for client and regulatory submissions.
- Monitor budget allocations for M&E works, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) compliance across all M&E activities, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in M&E coordination for large-scale construction, with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role.
- Proven track record in DCV (Design for Construction Validation) and managing trade packages for M&E systems.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, standards (e.g., SNI, PUIL), and international practices (e.g., NFPA, IEC).
- Proficiency in BIM (Revit MEP), AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Familiarity with LEED or Green Mark certification processes is advantageous.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, multicultural environments with a problem-solving mindset.
