Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for large-scale construction projects.
- Oversee Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) works, ensuring seamless integration of digital tools and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government agencies, to align project objectives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and optimize site temporary facilities and utilization, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and budget overruns.
- Prepare and present progress reports, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and recommendations for senior management.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to best practices and company standards.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in planning engineering, with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and digital delivery tools.
- Strong understanding of IDD frameworks and their application in construction projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and cultural nuances is an advantage.
