Responsibility
- Lead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement corporate financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to support decision-making.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or financial management.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous but not required.
